The newly reopened grand ballroom of the Empress Building in Mexborough, near Doncaster, is the ideal venue for parties, receptions, ceremonies and
private or corporate functions of any kind. Complete with its original high ceilings and rejuvenated vintage décor that has been in place since the building
was opened in the 1920s, the ballroom still incorporates the original sprung dancefloor and grandiose stage. The ballroom has a capacity of up to 350 seated
guests and the private bar is licenced till 1am for weekend functions.
No matter what the occasion, the Empress Ballroom is perfectly equipped to provide a special environment, and is available for private hire, with a series of

tokens can be purchased if you’re
