Our reception venue still features the imposing soaring ceilings and impressive vintage ornate décor that was designed into the space over one hundred years ago when it was built to host ballroom dancing evenings, and has recently received massive investment in restoring it to its deserving glory. With its original sprung dancefloor and grandiose stage, the Empress Ballroom maintains a classic and reassuringly lavish environment for up to 350 seated guests to drink in their surroundings, which will absolutely reflect the specialness of your big day.

We offer a range of bespoke packages that incorporate any or all of the services you will need for your wedding reception, including arranging florists, room decorations, photographers, musical entertainment, table decorations, and a choice of hot or cold food, prepared fresh within our on-site facilities.
